Leanness Lifestyle diet review

What exactly can you eat on the Leanness Lifestyle diet?

First, the when you join you’ll be encouraged to think of this as a lifestyle and not a diet. A diet is temporary but a lifestyle is permanent.

First two weeks or so usually consist of getting to know the program and learning to use the proprietary software that was created by the founder David Greenwalt.

You will be able to enter foods and you will want to log everything that you eat. You’ll know by doing this how many calories, grams of carbohydrates, grams of fat and grams of protein you are consuming daily.

The ‘diet’ is based on a formula that is really common sense. One lb of fat = 3500 calories (approximately). In order to lose a lb of fat you need to eat 3500 calories less than your body needs. This can be done over the course of a week by cutting out 500 calories per day.

You will plug in your age, height and weight and the system will come up with a recommended daily calorie target depending on what your goals are.

Its really simple when you get down to it. And it works.

Next we’ll review the exercise module of the leanness lifestyle program.
